"The hotel did not inform us that it was under complete reconstruction and offered us an alternative that was out of the local area we expected and gave us less tha than 24 hour notice when everything in the area was booked up due to a major sporting event. Very shadey way to operate. "

"The cottage is cosy, clean and very inviting. Shiskine is a wonderful place to stay, quiet and very appealing. It's very close to Blackwaterfoot, which is beautiful. The Kinloch Hotel does marvellous meals (takeaways too). What really makes the stay worthwhile is the landlady, Jan. "We had such a lovely trip! The cottage was beautiful, clean and very cosy. There was everything that youd need or want including board games, tv, access to local ammenities ect. It was a huge bonus for us that the host allowed our dogs to stay too, they are a huge part of our family so getting to take them made our trip extra special.
