Barceló Istanbul exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly smiles and efficient service.
A special shoutout to Milad (I do hope I got your name spelled right) from the front desk, whose exceptional hospitality and helpfulness made my check-in process seamless.
The cleanliness and comfort of my room were impeccable, thanks to the diligent efforts of Melek from housekeeping. I love the fact that she always greet me with sincerest smile and her attention to detail ensuring my room is clean and tidy - and not forgetting the amenities are constantly being stocked up.
The hotel's breakfast buffet was a delightful experience. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the quality of the food was top-notch. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly attentive and accommodating.
Overall, my stay at Barceló Istanbul was fantastic. The combination of luxurious amenities, prime location, and exceptional staff made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure.
