The staff are very kind and nice. It's close to the Taksim area and they have great night view on the way. However, noise cancelation is not good. Price is absolutely fair.

Staff is very helpful only disadvantage as they don’t allow your friends in room . As I was travelling from Canada and wanted to see my friends which they didn’t allow to go to room after one . Very disappointing , not sure if I can stay for that . But staff is helpful

Room was so small and AC is in one room and even not working we requested more then five time and its still not fixed so poor customer services poor management I’m not recommending to anyone to take this hotel for city center in Istanbul Turkey

Nightmare in Istanbul
Dire location. Dirty street. ‘Hotel’ basic. No bar/restaurant. Room ok but mosquito present. No tv. No ac remote. Hotel booked trip on Bosphorus boat. I asked if organizers would collect/drop me at hotel. Minibus collected me at c 10 minute walk from this hotel. Boat dumped passengers at spice market. Organisers vanished. Appalling experience.

Tutto stupendo, io e le mie amiche ci siamo sentite a casa. La nostra stanza era sempre super pulita, i ragazzi disponibili e l’hotel incantevole, nel nostro viaggio ad Istanbul il soggiorno in questo hotel ha fatto la sua grande parte, se dovessimo mai tornare sicuramente ritorneremo lì. Grazie ragazzi, un saluto al micino Mino!

J’ai demandé à m’aider avec un taxi et le hôte a refusé. J’ai du trouver le moyen de me rendre moi-même alors que je suis même pas locale et je connais pas leur applications. La douche était cassée, ils voulaient même pas m’aider avec mes valises. Je recommande pas. Les gens qui travaillent à la réception sont pas compétents.
