The best thing about this hotel is location - if you’re looking to stay in the hotel (facilities etc. are basic) then it wouldn’t be ideal. Staff are very friendly and communication is great. Water provided, room cleaned regularly, warm stay. Only shampoo and body wash provided in terms of toiletries. Tea and coffee also available.

The hotel is situated in a great location - minutes from Taksim Sq and the Main Street and attractions. Staff were fantastic accommodating my need to store my luggage before and after check in, ever so friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, with air co and a very good bathroom - great value for money for sure. Would definitely stay there again.

My stay here was excellent. The front office staff is friendly and helpful! The housekeeper is amazing! Room is spacious with comfortable beds and dining table. And the rooms are very affordable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Taksim district of Istanbul. I will be staying here my next visit to Istanbul. 10 out of 10 stay.

It’s in a convenient location with lots to do, rooms are okay, elevator is not on all the floors so if you get the family room /apartment on the 6th floor, you have to climb up the stairs from the 5th floor but the staff helps you with all the luggage. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The hotel was clean, aircon cool and wifi fast- good for work. The bed was comfortable and staff polite. I would note that the Expedia listing seems to suggest that they do food in a restaurant or bar which they don’t.

I was a bit nervous about this booking considering some of the negative reviews, but I have to say I was happily surprised, both of the rooms we booked for my family were absolutely clean and in good condition. The reception team are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - great bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
