Comfortable stay!
We had our first annual family reunion since our youngest graduated high school. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms which made it so comfortable and cozy for those needing their quiet time. Kitchen and living space was perfect for our family to gather and eat. Lots of things to do including the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts that we had fun with. We had a great time!!

So fun!
We always enjoy coming down and swimming. The house could really use a deep clean(rugs and such were pretty yucky and our feet turned black walking around) but we had a great time!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Love all the room. Bathrooms with showers in each room. It was perfect for our family. We met some of our grown children with their spouses and grand baby there. Plus we still have 4 at home. This house was the perfect set up for us. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

Great Home / Great Views / Awesome weekend Get A Way
Our family generally does the hotel scenario when we visit St. George, but this time we wanted to try something different, so we tried Paradise Village. Great little vacation rental community. The Pools were great, and although it was still a little chilly, our kids loved the pools and the kids cove area. The Unit itself was great. It allowed our family plenty of space and room to gather for games at night or space to take a nap. Very impressed with the unit; our kids haven't stopped talking about it since we left. My only complaint is that we didn't book it longer. RedSands was great to work with; there was some slight confusion on checkin and they were gracious enough to let us checkin 30 minutes early. We had a roku TV remote issue and they quickly brought a new remote to make our stay more enjoyable. We are already looking at return dates to visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location for Tuacahn! Nice house with lots of space! Enjoyed the pools and private hot tub. Will stay here again and would definitely recommend however it is important to know a few things. First, there are no spices or seasonings (outside of salt and pepper) and no condiments what so ever. So please bring what you need or plan on buying them at Harmons. The cleaning crew was still at the house when we showed up at check in, which wasn’t a problem until we went to bed the first night and every bed had moist sheets. When we asked if their was any extra toilet paper, we were denied. With that said, we had a fantastic time, enjoyed the home and amenities.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed 4 years in a row and this was the first year that the lazy River as murky and smelled and our bathing suits and towels smelled even once they were dry. The splash are and other pool were not an issue.As well the carpet was dirty and left our feet black. The grout was black but under the rugs it is a cream color. The house cleaning crew and steaming carpets and tile have not been maintained properly. We called and made a complaint and they said they clean the house twice a year but was not sure when the last maintenance had been done on that specific house.

The home was not clean, hair from previous tenants throughout the house, ants, and dirt as well. The hot tub was not clean, the water was green and smelt terrible. When we asked for it to be cleaned it took them 3 days to do so. We checked out shortly after. They advertised bikes, there were no bikes and when asked about them they never responded. We have stayed at Paradise Village before but we used Red Sands and we will be going back to them.

Good place for the family; aunts and ants

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good size for accommodating 12, and can fit a couple more on couch sofa. Nice kitchen and large round dining table. Functional layout in a nice resort with pools and water features. Ample bathrooms, nice bedrooms with closets. The metal bunks are a bit squeaky, so be aware if you have kids who are light sleepers. Has foosball, ping-pong, as well as video games. Private hot tub was well chlorinated but could have used a cleaning since the filter screen had some debris. Family liked it... and apparently so do the ants. It’s a great location adjacent to a park, so ants found their way to the home. They were in a couple of the bathrooms, but thankfully not in the kitchen. The park has pickleball courts and room for kids to run around. Nice natural gas fireplace outside, and covered porch with natural gas grill are good to have so we didn’t have to worry about propane running out. A few minor things could use repairs, such as vertical blinds that were not closable in the family room upstairs, and a leak from the deck into the garage ceiling when it rained. Overall it was good- not the best in every possible way, but we had a decent stay.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible experience with UBVR. The hot tub wasn’t working and hadn’t been working in some time and no one bothered to tell us or responded to our concerns about it after we found out. There was dried snot on one of the comforters. But that was minor compared to what happened 45 minutes after we left. My daughter realized she’d forgotten her wedding ring set and a bracelet. Housekeeping had not arrived yet. My daughter immediately contacted Jayde at UBVR and begged for a manager to go over and retrieve the jewelry before housekeeping showed up. Jayde was rude, callous, and apathetic. She said she was in Murray and the manager in St. George had the day off. After three hours of repeated desperate phone calls to Jayde, who became more and more belligerent, Jayde informed my daughter housekeeping showed up and – surprise – no jewelry was found. She then said UBVR was not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. That may be true in some cases, but UBVR had notice there was an issue and did nothing to help. It was not only intentional negligence – it was cruel. Looking back at their reviews, this has happened before. We filed a police report – but clearly, these are not good people who are managing these rentals. Beware. As for us, my daughter is heartbroken, as I’m I. Her engagement ring was once mine. I gave it to her after my husband passed away. We are devastated – especially since this could have easily been avoided.

Wonderful and Relaxing
Clean and tidy home well decorated with fun amenities such as spa, fooseball, ping pong, and retro style video games for the kids. Pool is just a minute walk away steps from front door. Great Family Adventure!

Super Clean, Close to Tuacahn
We stayed here for a family trip to see a show at Tuacahn. The house is conveniently located to the theatre, but also to stores, restaurants, and parks. Outside of the main hustle of St. George we loved the location and scenery. The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at. We had 11 of us ranging in age from 13-65 and the house was great for all ages. The foosball and ping pong provided lots of entertainment. Having our own hot tub was a nice addition, but we didn't actually have time to use it! I've already recommended this property to a friend looking to visit the first part of 2023!

Family 🤩 fun
It was a great place and had everything we needed except a stool! The bathroom sinks are extremely high for the little ones. The kids loved the balcony and the fire pit to do s’mores, love this idea about fly swatter handles as sticks for marshmallows (new ones of course) and the big square marshmallows work really well. We will definitely return. ( but will bring a stool) LOL

Awesome Vacation Experience and Stay

Reviewer Comments: We came to southern Utah to explore some of the surrounding areas..Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion National Park and Page Arizona and its sites. We chose Zion Retreat to stay due to it being located with 2-3 hours of the sites we wanted to visit. We also wanted a place that had a resort feel with pools etc, that we could enjoy on the days we weren't sight seeing. Zion Retreat #72 was perfect for our two families..7 of us total. Each couple had their own master suite, and our teenager had his own bedroom and bathroom as well as the two 12 year olds having their own bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs living room was perfect for the kiddos to have their own space to watch TV and play XBox on the evenings we just took it easy.Well furnished and perfect size for us, and the pools were great! My only suggestion would be for the resort to supply floats for the lazy river. We did purchase noodles so we could float around the lazy river. That would be a great addition. Over all, our stay was excellent and for sure everything we expected and more!
