"I stayed for one night at the end of a business trip. I was in need of a rest and this hotel was just what I was hoping for. I arrived well before check in time, but was shown to the room right away and was given a room upgrade. The next day, my departing flight was in the evening, and when I asked for a late checkout I was allowed to have the room until 4pm, no questions asked. "A good hotel situated between the corniche area and Al Balada historic area. Palestine Street is a few blocks away and has some fast food/ dining / coffee options plus a large grocery store. You can walk down to the water to view the big fountain. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff particularly in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has the best hotel gym I’ve seen! "

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"
