"Front of house staff are really good, decent level of english and very helpful. Accommodating many requests to ensure a smooth stay. We were travelling with a baby and they were very understanding. Breakfast is a little high at 85 SAR pp, however many restaurant options within 10 minute walk of hotel. A very decent hotel. They should have maybe 1 hour allotted to ladies only. "

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk.
