Booked for one night, late arrival and early checkout. Room was nice. A little damp but comfortable and clean and worked perfectly for our quick stay/sleep. Good value. Owner was very accommodating.

If you are looking for a lake view, you are not going to get it from your room. They also have a nice pool and hot tub, but unfortunately they put an 8 foot wall around it so the sun doesn't get to it in the evening. The room was very clean and spacious!

Bed comfy... fridge, tv, lights and plumbing all works. Just one minute off the highway. But wifi fades in and out. Decor from the 1950s. I am kind of surprised this is on Expedia.

Desperately in need of renovation
Nice enough lady did check-in. Room smelled so musty we had to go and buy a freshener spray to spray it thoroughly. All the furnishings were very old and worn. Mattress was uncomfortable and sloped down towards the middle.

This motel was old and not in the best of condition. The owner was friendly and helpful. The bed was OK, and the sheets and bedding clean, but the scatter rugs on the floor were dirty. Definitely would not stay there again.

Like a rustic hunting cabin
High season in New Brunswick offers little in the way of budget accommodation. This motel offers a very basic room for an inflated price. The bed was comfortable enough, but what was billed as a queen turned out to be a double (the last one left). The room was extremely rustic with fiber board walls, exposed piping and a single electric outlet with an eight plug octopus attached. The window curtains weren't wide enough to close, so the room was flooded with light all night from the outside security light. this was ironic because there wasn't enough light from the single bulb in the room to see the keyboard on my laptop. No AC but a fan made sleeping possible but with the windows open cigarette smoke from the neighbors drifted in. Oh well, the Wifi worked fine.

when we checked in room was hot. On the second day there was NO SERVICE. The bed was not made there was no replacement clean towel. therefore no towels or face clothes for bathing. would not stay there again better to sleep in car.
