"The information packet to checkin was a lot . It wasn't very helpful and I would imagined that those less tech savvy would give up and go elsewhere. The complex it cute and well decorated. We saw the same staff member 2x and he was helpful. The rooms are tight and the hot water is slow, it could be overcame if the common Areas were well appointed. They were not. "Great place to stay. Safe area of St. Louis and loved that there was a parking garage and the hotel would validate your parking ticket so you didn’t have to pay for parking at the hotel. I do wish the restaurant would have been open for lunch and dinner but as of now it’s only open for breakfast. Beautiful and clean hotel and staff was very friendly. "Other than hearing children run up and down the hall and my shower that had a couple of rust stains in the shower that appeared to fine from a shower attachment, I greatly enjoyed my stay. "The property was beautiful, close to the airport with shuttle service and when I saw that it was near the freeway I was concerned about the noise but it was very quiet. They also offered free drinks which was nice after long travel days. Breakfast was nice although not tons of selection. Our stay was great and I would definitely recommend staying here. "I wanted to return my rental car the evening before my early am flight and just use the hotel shuttle. Staff was so helpful and willing to make it easy, including picking me up at Avis and not the airport itself. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
