"Room was clean, staff was friendly, we were there two nights, was upgraded, but never told, until I got the bill! My wife complained the smell of stale air common in an older hotel, it didn’t bother me smokers in the casino contributed, my only complaint besides the bill, was the fact I got stopped trying to bring a luggage cart up to my room on checkout day. Never had the experience in 30 years of travel. "

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the staff at the front desk were so helpful and had a good personality and the rooms were impeccable and the hotel was extremely clean along with the pool and hot tub area. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, this property was great. I had one issue relating to the laundry. I had to use the Laundry which needed quarters. I needed a few more quarters. I asked the front desk and the desk attendant says that the hotel is cashless. I asked, how can you be cashless if your laundry machines using cash. Luckily for me, another guest had more quarters. "
