"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "

"You can do everything in the hotel: hot spring in the room, multi-temperature spa (complete with feet nibbling fish pool), lap pool, not to mention the restaurants. Walking distance to most of local eateries and hot spring parks. "

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...

"Hotel has a whimsical feel in the lobby. Room is small but the bathroom is large. Surrounding area is safe and has shops and restaurants. A 3-5 min slow walk to train station and about 10 min walk to bus station. "

"We had an impromptu overnight stay from Taipei and found this place on the Expedia app. The place was very clean, the staff very solicitous, the breakfast buffet was inexpensive and delicious. Best of all, my family absolutely loved the pools."
