Customer service is excellent, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. The blankets and pillows are feathers filled so a causing some allergy but I found out when checking out that they could provide anti allergy pillows and blankets which is a good thing.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location is accessible. About 7-8 mins walk to Jiaoxi bus station, 10 mins walk to the Jiaoxi railway station, plenty of food options nearby. The hot spring park is just around the corner. Couldn’t have asked for a better choice than this! There are many hotel facilities and activities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. The children absolutely LOVE the games room as well as the playground area at the pool. The whole family enjoyed the afternoon tea time douhua snacks offering at the hotel. We will definitely want to come back to stay at this simple yet clean hotel when we revisit Yilan in future.

The hotels were reasonable nice and spacious. However the room air conditioning systems were rather out of control where it gets rather cold or warm on its own. As such sleep on some nights were not good.

Overall hotel pin is the most relaxed hotel that I really enjoyed my trip to Yilan Jiaoxi. Enjoyed the hot spring very much. Inside the room itself also have own privacy on the hot spring of my own. My kids enjoyed the free games facilities and library area with free making of beads. The breakfast is international buffet stuff so really love the ambience and the super cooling weather. Also love the nearby walking distance to good food and hot drink as well as buying native food

Great hot spring facility, temperature is just like bath tub warm. Not too hot which is good. Great slides for kid. But need to either bring your own swim hat or buy from them (about $5 USD for adult, $3.5 for kids swim hat). It has free spin dry machine for wet clothes. Great changing and shower room at the spa area. We love they have great game room for all ages for free. They have a study room which has computer to use as well. The great thing about this hotel is they have free afternoon tea (2-4 pm) and free noodles (6-10 pm). It was a surprise for us. They also gave me a NT 300 to use buy food in the bakery section which is good enough for some bread or a piece of cake. The room has a hot spring tub as well. The room is stylish as well. We love it!

Overall ok and booked based on the high rating given in the Expedia. Room size is small is narrow walk way and for the price paid i can have choose other hotel. Staying in the Block 2, raining and there is no shelter walkway, it is super inconvenience for familirs.

First, VIP access is NOT available during our stay. I didn't expect any upgrade, or early check-in, but the 2-hour delay checkout wasn't even possible. So, better ask in advance, if that's what you have in mind. Parking is located at the open area between the 2 buildings, also additional space across the street. However, both areas are not covered at all, so you might have to unload your luggage near the entrance before you have your car parked. Room size is ok, and interior is quite new. The small table in the room is prepared with the sofa, so there's no other desk available, so not really convenient if you try to eat in the room. Breakfast is good due to its variety of food choices. However, some items were not warm enough, although they were put under the warm light. I think it's result of food preparation in advance to try to avoid supply shortage.
