Carpets need cleaning or updated. A bit tired but was worth our 2 night visit. On site Casino and cinema good. Would stay again for sure An experience and not bad really just could be improved. Breakfast was very good.

Good for a day stay on transit Room - Hot cold water alternative comes from the shower, this could be not safe for children who may burn themselves Marks everywhere on carpet in the room should be cleaned Entertainment around - good for someone who travels with children likes us however the outdoor amusement area is closed over the weekday Meal - our room rate the breakfast is included we only paid R85 for my son considered 3rd breakfast, quality of breakfast is generally good, no fine dining can be found but a typic food court in casino as well 3 restaurants serves Portuguese, Indian & Chinese food, we tried the Indian food it’s good & price was reasonable No high expectation should be when you choose this hotel, staffs are friendly & willing to help

Awesome area, good with kids, mediocre service!
Very nice area with loads of ficilities for kids and family. Check-in experience was very poor. We got smooking rooms that stinks, even though we booked nonsmoking. They said thats all they had and we have to wait until next day to change. I had te be a bit angry and push them hard, then they changed it to very good rooms non-smoking. Not very respectful to first say its impossible and fully booked, and then suddenly when I get angry its not fully booked anymore and it was easy solved. Bad! Otherwise it was as pleasure stay!

Malgré la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses , l'hôtel est "vieillissant"... Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux L'hôtel est tout proche du Casino avec de nombreux restaurants et quelques attractions pour adultes et enfants ( accessible à pied)

Great stay at Carnival City
The room was perfect and was suitable for my family. I had to wake up a porter in the early hours of the morning to take a golf cart as we had to meet a little way away and although it was very early he was still extremely friendly. The pool could do with a bit of a clean, but a lovely time was had by all.

Easter weekend 2018
The mvg parking for day visitors should be separate from hotel parking. The family king room is big enough for 2 double beds,the sleeper couch is uncomfortable. Breakfast should have more options. Too many day visitors,so kids game area and casino area is packed. Paid for 4 people to stay but breakfast was charged for my 2 kids. The staff were friendly and helpful.

hotel does seem to be in process of refurbishment, patrons were very noisy especially with children running screaming in the passages after 12pm. breakfast was a good selection. hotel reception has an unfriendly impersonal feel. shuttle service from airport was a bonus. lovely bathroom

カジノが目的のホテル
正面玄関からかなり遠い部屋（歩いて3分）にアサインされて、外出するときに面倒でしたが、部屋の状態は悪くありませんでした。焼き立てのクロワッサンや、作り立てをサーブしてくれるオムレツなど、朝食も個人的には充実していると思います。空港送迎が無料（チップは必要ですが）だったので利用させてもらい助かりました。そのサービスを知らなかったので、来るときは空港からタクシーを利用してしまいましたが。。。おそらく、空港出迎えもしてくれるのではないかと思います。ホテルの周りはカジノと併設するレストラン（2つの店を試したが、可もなく不可もなくというレベル）のみなので、カジノ以外の目的でこのホテルに滞在するという選択肢はないと個人的には思っています。

Nice hotel next to the main casino
The Carnival Club Hotel is a pleasant oasis right next to the Carnival City Casino. It has it own private pool area, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nothing special, but are clean and comfortable.
