Communication with hotel staff is done via text message on your phone or at the front desk. Room cleaning is on request. The shared bathrooms are always very clean and well looked after. "The hotel has so much charm, beautifully decorated at Christmas! The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were small but clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel could use some updating but I wouldn't want it to lose it's old charm. It would be nice if the Last Hurrah was open earlier and a little later, we were not able to have a cocktail there after our show. We enjoyed our stay!"
