"It was cool. Close to a lot of stuff. Clean modern look, yet simple..little effort needed. Nice staff people and the reception staff were real cool. They made us feel comfortable yet still professional. Asked if we had any other needs and thanked us for our stay. The night staff, breakfast staff, and room attendants were very welcoming and made me feel they enjoyed their job. It was really a great stay. I normally don’t do these, but I felt they needed to be recognized as EVERY employee I encountered gave the same vibe…impressive…"

"Unfortunately the restaurant and pool were under renovation during our stay. The area is mostly car dealerships but Oakbrook Shopping Mall is a short drive and has everything you could possibly want! Lagrange is a 10 minute drive away and is charming a very walkable downtown area with great restaurants."

"This Hampton was a great option for an overnight prior to attending a funeral in Chicago. It was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, nice large shower. Front desk staff person at check in wax friendly. Breakfast better than most-- coffee was good. Although it is right next to highway, we did not hear noise. "
