"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. "

"We go to Newport every summer with friends and have stayed at other short term rentals as well as many hotels. This stay cannot be more centrally location, so spacious and clean and easy and will definately be booked next summer for our stay. Cant say enough!!! Thank you"

"The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones."

"We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"Troy’s place is nicely decorated and very clean ! You can walk to everything . It is such a great location ! It was nice to have the public parking across the street and that it is free October 31 to April 30. My only suggestion would be to have kitchen knives and a toaster . We like to cook breakfast. I would definitely recommend Troy’s place. "

"We stayed this past weekend. Good location. However very small living room. Also there was no one in the place and they still would not let us check in until 4pm. They were rude about it. Didn’t like that. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was comfy though. Also they need to update things. A bit outdated "

"This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer."

"This place was perfect for three friends from college to meet and enjoy our time together. Perfect location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful harbor views. Easy drive to the Newport cottages and beaches. I definitely recommend it!"

"Good location. Nicer than the pictures. Definitely hear the people above though. Also, it’s on the busiest street in town. You’d think the first floor unit would have better window covers. You can see in from the street even when the shades are down."

"This unit is convenient to all of the Newport attractions. The property was clean and everything was as described / pictured. The rental rate was very reasonable compared to other properties and hotels for the busy holiday and marathon weekend. Not luxurious, but clean & functional - appropriate for the price.
