"A great location. Excellent restaurants nearby. A new property, so it is very “fresh” and clean. But rooms are quite small, very limited space to hang things on a rack. No breakfast provided at all, although free coffee provided downstairs. Expensive valet parking."

"I think it could use some updating but overall it always feels like a vacation when we stay here. (We live an hour and 20 minutes away). We will continue to stay here."

"Terrific Newport location! Just on the other side of Easton Beach from Newport, without being in the more crowded and pricier section of Newport. Plus, right next to beach access and 10 feet from Flo's Clam Shack, with other restaurants nearby. Great location also, if you run; terrific paths along waterside neighborhoods and to the other Newport beaches. Good size room. Love having fridge and microwave. Big open lounge with tables for families to eat at are helpful in the 2nd story lounge,...

This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....
