Welcome to High on Summertime, located in close to the Jurien Bay Marina. This property is perfect for a family getaway, taking the boat out or visiting Jurien's many gorgeous beaches.

The property has three bedrooms, the master with its own king bed and the two other bedrooms have double beds. All bedrooms have their own ceiling fans to keep you cool. There is one bathroom for the whole house as well as an extra toilet in the laundry room. Walking into the family area you will find an open plan kitchen, lounge (aircon) and dining room with a glass sliding door opening to the back area. The BBQ is located out the back with an outside table for those breezy afternoons. The front yard has plenty of space to park your boat, or to play on the 1/2 basketball court.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
