This studio is perfect for a couple. The view is incredible! We saw whales and turtles and amazing sunsets right from the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential cookware, all the descriptions and photos in the listing were accurate. If we are lucky enough to come back, we will stay here again!

Overall, it was a really nice property. We had a great time and had everything we needed. The pool could’ve been a bit cleaner, and the check-in process wasn’t great and the downstairs shower didn’t drain well. Despite a few hiccups, I would say that we’d stay at this property again.

Perfection!
This house was perfect and the listing was accurate! Plenty of space for multiple families. Very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the upstairs patio was amazing to enjoy the sea breeze and drink some beer or coffee! The beach was right around the corner and coming back to jump into the cutest pool! All the rooms are so nice. I highly recommend staying here.

Girls Trip 2020-22 was amazing!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great 2nd Honeymoon location
The condo was amazing! There was s small issue checking in, but the front desk and condo owners resolved it. We wish there was an another restaurant near the property on the beach side. We ate at Duke’s twice. Although under reconstruction, we hardly heard any noise due to the beautiful ocean waves off our balcony. Parking was a little tricky as the contractors take up a lot. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the nearly private beach! The whales were spectacular off the balcony! We would definitely stay at a Mahana again and recommend it to others.

Please clean your pool!
The unit was very clean but the pool was not i was disappointed that we did not get as clean of a pool as we should have. Spent a good amount on this location that had pool that could have been cleaned before we go there. Just a suggestion the rugs in the kitchen and hall was hazard they are an accident waiting to happen especially if there is someone with disability. easy to trip over, please i know we didnt get it but other would appreciate a clean pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me begin with thank you I have always had a great experience with port escape but this vacation house down stairs was noisy with the humidifier running constantly the musky old odor (odor plugin didn’t work)then the shower was clogged when we arrived the pool was dirty I sent pictures two different people came to clean, and as of this morning, the pool is still filthy. We then found a black spot (Mold )above the kitchen sink the first guy wiped with Clorox the second one that came yesterday not sure. As for upstairs it was nice sorry for my bad review Violet Loney

Love Port A Escapes, but not Palm Down & Relax
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a “sewer” smell when we entered the house & the downstairs air was not working correctly. Port A Escapes sent out a maintenance man to check it. The air was on a hold and would release later in the day. A second maintenance man came out and took the air conditioner off hold and it cooled to the normal 70 degrees. The smell was hard to detect a location. We later discovered it was the throw rugs in the hall. We removed them and put them in the back yard to “air out” and we bought air fresheners to put all around the house. This helped some. The downstairs front door on the inside, one side of the door facing was loose. We attempted to “tap” it back in place, but it wouldn’t stay. Also, the pool hadn’t been cleaned when we got there on Saturday. We were told the days were Friday & Tuesday. No one cleaned the pool on Tuesday morning. We called Port A Escapes and they got right on it. When we returned from the beach, it was still cloudy with lots of sand. When we carried trash out there were two bottles of Pool Shock in the trash can. The pool was clear the next morning, but still full of sand and the yellow flowers from the pretty landscaping in the drain basket. Without these issues the house would be a great family place to stay.
