"Hotel limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas si lo comparamos con el estándar occidental, pero funcionales y bien organizadas. La ubicación es buena, aunque la caminata hasta la estación de metro (dependiendo de tu paso) toma entre 10 y 15 minutos… y si estás cansado, puede sentirse eterna. Aun así, es una opción práctica y confiable para quedarse en Shinjuku."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had amazing views. Amenities were restocked every day and everywhere was well maintained. We arrived very early (9am!!) after a 14 hour flight and were allowed into our room at 11am at no extra cost which was an absolute godsend. Perfect location. Would recommend to anyone. "

"The hotel was professionally run and clean and tidy. There was a 5 min walk to Suidobashi and Iidabashi was also accessible between 5-7 mins providing food transport options. The daily room cleaning was particularly good, providing fresh water bottles daily and replacing all used glasses and coffee cups with clean ones. The combined washing machines and dryers provided a convenient option to clean clothes part way through the holiday. Please note they take 100 yen coins only and they dispense their own washing detergent into the machine with each wash. The breakfast option provides a mix of western and Japanese food and whilst we didn’t include this in our booking we chose to pay for this on a few days during the week for convenience. Overall this hotel lived up to and exceeded expectations. The only major issue we had is that when we booked through Expedia our booking was for a room with two beds, two sofa beds and a Murphy bed and we booked this for two adults and two children’s and had assumed that this would be fine however when we arrived we were informed that Expedia had only specified two adults and one child and there was an extra charge to pay for one of the sofa beds to be made up and used. We are discussing this with Expedia on how to resolve the £500 extra charge for a weeks stay, but I fee that this was more an issue with the Expedia booking process than the hotel itself."

"I am so happy to have found this hotel. It is close to the subway. It’s close to shopping and has one of the bigger Daiso around. The Don Quixote across the street is affordable compared to other locations. There is a Lawson and 7-eleven across the street which is a 1 minute walk The room is spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. The"
