"Great location. Nice lobby. Easy check-in. Nice rooms although typically small for what you pay. Our blackout curtains did not block the left side of our window so it was very bright in our room early in the morning since our room faced the east. About a 15 minute walk from the Shinjuku Train Station. We ate at Kabuki Sushi - two locations nearby - excellent. "

Easy access to trains subways and local shopping. Easy walking to many areas. Family mart located next to hotel so that was a plus in grabbing a quick snack. "This is a "love hotel" while it is pretty big space wise for Tokyo the bed is not very comfortable as I do not believe the purpose is for sleeping. Anyway it is nice and secure the staff is very nice and helpful. The bathroom and shower facilities are great and everything was very clean. If you are looking for something budget friendly give this place a try. "
