"Everything was wonderful! The apartment is comfortable and clean. The provided snacks were excellent and much appreciated. And the view. My goodness, what a view! The patio is the perfect place to sit and watch a sunset. Lisa was very responsive, and we had a lovely day following one of the provided itineraries."

"When we are on the Big Island we always like to stay at the Kona Reef Resort and this is a great condo to stay in. The condo itself was clean and tidy and a good size and the view from the lanai was even better than in the listing photos! We watched whales and dolphins from the lanai and some amazing sunsets. "We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....
