"Everything was fantastic. Only the sound insulation is a bit weak. We can hear the next door sound clearly when they plugging in the plug point and doors open and closed. Same goes to outdoor sound, we can hear clearly at night for the cars and motors sound. Hope this may be improved further. "

"Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security"

House keeping staff - very good, room cleaned well Breakfast buffet wide spread except on 28/6 - one friend took the watermelon & had food posioning. One of the night at 0207hours there was fire alarm, everyone peek out of room to see. Called reception - no response."

Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. "The superior king size bedroom we stayed in is spacious and the air-cond is cold enough. The mattress is hard, find it very uncomfortable to sleep on, the quilt is too thin, the toilet bowl cover is spoilt. There is no hand towel provided. The location is a bit far out fr the town.
