"The room floor not clean. Bed cover very ugly with yellow colour spotted & bath towel is look very old. Won’t go back again!"

"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The attitude of staff is okay."

Driving from the south side, Google Maps navigation wants to lead you thought a closed entry road, so navigate to the main UPSI Kampus entrance by the Proton City Highway. Quiet area. Outside at another building in front of the hotel windows there are bright lights all night. "Like new hotel opposite bus station and less than ten minutes walk to old town and train station. Breakfast limited. Building work going on next door which was noisy. Staff helpful. After looking at other hotels here this one was probably one of the better hotels. "
