The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants!

Clean decent size room (for Japan) with a desk so one can work. Property could use a revamp: lobby and sitting area furnishing were noticeable solid and tattered. Carpets had stains. Everything g was nice, but had a dated feel. Breakfast buffet is good value. Very convenient , next to train station and lots of shopping options. Short bus or cab to cultural attractions.
