Such a find!... beautifully situated, out of town with amazing views, and beautifully appointed. Ruth and Rory made us feel totally at home. Bridgetown is a lovely town, and is also a great base for exploring the whole southwestern corner of WA.
Beautiful setting, quiet & tranquil. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, their desire is to make your stay a 'home away from home' experience and they do very well at providing exactly that.
We would definitely stay at Shambhala again.
Thank you to Ruth & Rory for the wonderful hospitality given to us on our 2 night stay at Shambhala. It was a pleasure to enjoy everything that they offered at the Guesthouse.
All the facilities were amazing and we didn't want for anything. Nothing was a problem for them. Would highly recommend to anyone heading down south.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property, it is picturesque, the owners Ruth and Rory are lovely friendly people. Our brekky was so nice, homemade bread, cooked over night, the best. Lovely fire at night. The bed was so comfy. Overall a lovely experience.
As part of my job, I stay in many establishments but Shambhala would have to be one of the best. Everything is clean and very tidy with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rory and Ruth were very attentive and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. If you are staying in Bridgetown for a few days, I would recommend you give them a call.
our gratitude goes to Ruth, being very was very friendly and accomodating. Fresh baked bread in the morning for breakfast and jam just the way we like it.
Probably the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The hosts were lovely and friendly. The views are spectacular. Definitely will return
The whole experience was delightful. The home was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail and service by the hosts was remarkable. Definitely would stay again if in or near Bridgetown again.
Shambhala was a wonderful place to take a few days off the world and relax. Wish we had booked a few more days. The hosts are warm and inviting. You are high up on a hill top and the morning mist was magical as it slowly disappeared. Not hearing any traffic or suburbia and only birds chirping away was music to our ears. The breakfast, homemade, fresh bread daily is delicious. An array of jams, just yummy!
The hosts are friendly and as warm as the homely blazing log fire. We give you 10/10 and more.
Thank you Rory, Ruth and Heather for your kindness.
From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The hosts have thought about all the little things that provide comfort. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the shared areas most comfortable and the breakfast most adequate. The property sits on a hill overlooking magnificent countryside. Highly recommend!
