"The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ...

"The Elms is a great hotel. The SPA is spectacular. We were happy with the room. A disappointment was that the indoor pool was being repainted during our stay but the management did make it up to us. I would definitely stay there again as the SPA, the grounds and staff were wonderful and helpful. "
