"The property is exactly as advertised. It is not fancy but meets all your needs. The pool, water slides and access to the beach are all great. "We had booked a couple of deluxe rooms at this property after reading the great reviews online. We were thoroughly disappointed to see the rooms when we checked in. They had a funky style, old furniture and mosquitoes to boot. Complained to both Expedia and Metadee. They resolved the situation spectacularly! Upgraded both our rooms to 2 separate villas!! The villas were huge improvement and made our stay memorable. Giving them 5 stars for their service. Shout out to Akira and Natcha at the front...
