"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. "We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed in the Nektar room. The room was excellent and the kids loved the jacuzzi. Excellent air conditioning and two balconies to enjoy a drink when the kids were asleep. Our host Danae who was absolutely brilliant!! "Absolutely phenomenal property! We stayed in deluxe villa with pool front and hot tub, which was more than enough to help us relax and decompress. The staff is super nice and we also availed the airport pick up/drop off service, which was also great as Uber is super expensive in Santorini. The property is 15 mins walk from Fira and there's tons of restaurants around to eat at. Would definitely come back in future! "

"Jian at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. everyone was amazing from the house keeping staff to the breakfast staff, we were fortunate enough to go in January before the earthquakes and volcanoes. it was the best time of the year to go, there were no crowds and we were able to get around everywhere with no traffic.
