"The hotel is a small oceanfront property. We had a second floor oceanfront view room. The property is older, but well maintained. The hotel is family operated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our unit had a king bed with a premium mattress. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path is right outside the property. The hotel has cruiser bikes available for free to guests. Parking is free, and there are no additional fees. The property is quiet, with a great oceanfront location. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. This was a great value compared to other Kapaa oceanfront properties."

"Came here 5.5 years after our honeymoon. Only stayed one night as we were island hopping. Made me appreciate this place even more. Yes it is pricey but the staff would do pretty much anything for you. All expectations were met and exceeded. Kudos again to this Hyatt property "
