"A last minute booking that we are glad we made. Even though staff were super busy with bus loads arriving and unpacking as we arrived, they were cool, calm and collected. Attended to our booking promptly. The room wasn’t ready so we received drink vouchers so we could chill whilst we waited near an open fire. We could park our car undercover for $15, which was appreciated. Lift and stair access to our Lakeview Room. Huge room with separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom . Two full lounges for seating, dining table and chairs, kitchen facilities. Laundry facilities behind closet door in dining/kitchen area (bonus). We dined in the restaurant and enjoyed the hospitality and food. Checkout was quick am Nd seamless. Thank you for accepting us last minute, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and the spectacular view from our room."

"Lovely apartment in Queenstown. Everything you need in the apartment including heated towel rail! Be aware you have to carry your luggage up steps or a ramp from the underground carpark. No lifts. Great views. There was even a gas heater that looked like a real fire! Novelty for us people who come from cairns. "
