The hotel is new and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. But the location is not good. You need to walk around 10 plus minutes for a convenience store and 15 plus minutes for restaurants. Otherwise, everything is fine.

This hotel is located right above JR Station and Metro station. But it is quite far from Nankai Station, so if you take a rapid train to Nankai Namba station you will have to walk quite a bit in a very tricky way. Not too good when you carry lots of luggages as some of the exit does not have lift or elevators.
OCAT bus station is just next to the hotel.
The hotel itself is nice. The furniture is a bit outdated; but clean. The room is quite small; we cannot open our luggages properly. But it is not a big problem. The room is also quite, properly insulated.
There are plenty of dining places in Namba Walk (through the tunnel under the hotel) and a Lawson across the road from the hotel. 15 minutes walk to Dotonburi if you take the correct path (do the Namba Walk way and exit in B20).
We had a nice stay here. Thank you.
