"The staff were very accommodating and my room was very clean. Low pressure shower heads provided the only negative experience. It felt like showering with a styrofoam cup. There is heavy traffic in the area that literally rumbles the building but that is not the fault of the hoteliers. Great central location that is close to Kelowna’s Central Park and lakefront walking path. Thanks for the kind and professional services. I enjoyed my stay."
