It was nice and the room was great, but the walls were thin. They guy next to me was snoring all night and could be heard quite loudly. Also, the room cleaning policy was only every three days or so and confusing. I was told they would clean on Thursday, but they came on Wednesday. I wasn't prepared and hadn't cleared my personal items out of the way, so the room wasn't completely cleaned. I didn't swim, but went down to inspect the pool. It was much smaller than the pictures make it look. Not big enough for lap swimming even on a small scale. More of a play pool. The continental breakfast was okay,but the eggs, bacon and sausage were clearly the cheapest available. Still, I had a reasonably pleasant stay. Many dinning options were close by and the staff was mostly friendly. But it was not the "best" Best Western where I've stayed.

The staff and service here were amazing, the breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, and it felt safe and clean. It was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Kennewick, Washington.
