"Sad trip, strange town, and a hotel that was a haven in the storm (literally). From the moment I stepped inside the desk manager was simply outstanding, warm, personable, welcoming, with excellent advice about local dining. The room was very nice but its age was telling in small ways - toilet seat in need of repair, faucet that needed tweaking in order to turn off, but in the big ones - cleanliness, bed, and layout, a very comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to return. "

"I understand they are understaffed.Sercutity is there now. Still homeless is around stairs wells at night. Noisy people above us. As long as they keep improving,they will be a great place."

"Everything was clean. Would have liked at least a coffee pot in the room. Never stayed here before so didn’t realize there were no amenities/ no frills No counter space in the bathroom Tv needed to be mounted higher LOVED that it was pet friendly ❤️ Luggage stand would be nice 😊 "
