Prospector - Hot Tub/Walk to Warm Springs Lift

Our lovely, private, and newly renovated 970 square foot condo in the highly sought-after Warm Springs Prospector condo complex. It is one block to the Warm Springs base lodge and world-class skiing.
Storage Closet: Please be considerate of skis, fishing gear etc. in the unit. Please either use the cubby in the
entryway or the outside deck. Skis can also be stored at the Warm Springs base lodge which makes walking
over and back very easy.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking
Enjoy all the benefits of staying at the Iconic Warm Springs Base Area. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Apre Ski at the Warm Springs Lodge or walk over to Apples and get some local flavor.
The Prospector condo complex offers three hot tubs in the winter, and in the summer (late June to mid September), a large, heated, saltwater swimming pool, two tennis courts, a paddle ball court, a pickle ball court, a basketball hoop, a children’s play area, and a communal pavilion with barbecue and picnic tables.
Two bedrooms upstairs with vaulted ceilings, queen-sized beds, bamboo flooring, a 43" Smart TV in the master, and two upstairs bathrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with solid granite counters and marble backsplash, a wine refrigerator, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is very comfortable, with a 40" flat screen smart TV, wireless internet, and a cozy gas fireplace. For those nights you want to stay in, there is a new outdoor deck with furniture. Furnishings are high quality and there is a washer dryer in the unit
Free local bus stop is in front of the Prospector Condo entrance. They go into town,

On our first trip to Sun Valley we had a wonderful week of skiing. The condo was set up nicely and had supplies (spices, napkins, foil etc) in the kitchen to use. The kitchen was recently renovated and very nice. The fireplace was cozy. There were storage baskets where you came in for helmets, mittens etc, Unfortunately the hot water in the shower only lasts for a few minutes for each shower. Bathrooms are small, no place to put your stuff. The walk to the lift was longer then we thought it would be and ski storage at the Warm Springs Lodge is no longer available. Also, both hot tubs in the condo complex we’re not working for the week we were there.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely extended stay at this Warm Springs condo. The location is excellent, close to the mountain, the amenities were wonderful. We spent many afternoons in the pool and play area. The homeowner clearly cares about guests and keeps basic and not so basic amenities well stocked. The property managers went above and beyond in responsiveness and care. We stayed during a heat wave and it was rather warm but they had 3 fans provided which was helpful.

Perfect condo for ski week
This condo fit our needs perfectly for a week if skiing. Warm Springs lodge is just a minute walk away. Parking in the development was always easy to find just steps from the door. The unit was fresh and sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was a joy - it can be so depressing to arrive at a rental after long drive, and find not so much as a packet of sugar or salt. This kitchen has all the staples covered, and more. To me, that’s the sign of a caring host who wants to make sure your vacation is great. Finally, kudos to the amazing property manager. The internet modem stopped working on the first night of our stay. The property manager spent over 2 hours that Saturday night troubleshooting with the service provider with no luck. He came by the condo the next morning and spent another 2.5 hours on the phone with the service provider until we finally got things working again. (This was his holiday weekend too, btw). Between this unit’s owner and property manager, you will be in good hands. Highly recommend!!
