"We booked this home for our large family. We came in from Massachusetts, Paris, London, and a few hours north in Florida. Some of us hadn't seen each other in over 10 years! This was the PERFECT space for us! The photos didn't do it justice. The home and property we're beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet. The back yard was beautifully landscaped for privacy. The pool and the dock we're amazing.10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again. Thank you to the host for thinking of everything we needed. "

"Communication with the owner was excellent, could not have asked for a better property manager. Amenities in the backyard and the pool area were super nice along with a great Tiki Bar. Amazing views of the sunrise over the bay from the dock were awesome in the morning while drinking coffee along with by sitting by the fireplace at night enjoying a night cap Overall we had great time and would have no hesitation on coming back!"

"Stayed here for 2 weeks with friends renting the other side. planned on doing more excursions but staying here with the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar, and being on the water we were content just to enjoy all the amenities! "We can’t thank Liz and Capt Bob for making our week awesome. We had family and friends come down to enjoy a week. Some of us came by land some drove our boat down the 240 miles from St Petersburg. The property is perfect for several families. We have used VRBO several times and we can say this is the most well stocked property. More than enough pots and pans to cook just about anything. The property had pool toys for the kids. Liz let us know a little early that the house was ready. They communicated when the internet went out due to the brush fires on US 1. That was totally out of anyone’s control but really nice communication with them to us all week. The dock was perfect for our 32 foot boat. Had water at the dock and ran an extension cord up to the house for power. 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms on the first floor. That first floor has a kitchen. On the second floor there is a master suite. 2 more bathrooms and 2 other bathrooms. Big patio’s with tons of furniture. This set up was nice so that each family had their own space. "

"Perfect family get away. Place was clean and a perfect size for our family of 4. Channel is close to Vaca Cut. Great dock and outside patio. Cabana Club is nice for lunch and a lazy by the pool. Perfect community golf, tennis and pickle ball. Sunset Park for the best sunset.Walkdown suns"

"Great house and location. Clean and up to date. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. Would recommend a sunshade sail in the backyard and a couple of serving dishes/platters but otherwise it was perfect! We look forward to returning!"

"Great property on a dead end street in the beautiful community of Key Colony Beach ! Homeowner Luis was extremely helpful and communicative as we stayed at this property for an entire month . Beds very comfortable, all new appliances, and fantastic location to keep a boat on a very calm and well protected canal . They provided us with brand new magnifying mirror and light and 4 new cruising bicycles which were fantastic ! Highly recommend this property !!"
