Master Bedroom with a King size bed, Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

THE BOAT LIFT IS NOT FOR RENT - UNLESS OWNER AUTHORIZES AT A $60.00 A DAY EXTRA CHARGE.

Won’t stay again
The owner is difficult to communicate with. Threatens extra fees if garbage isn’t taken down to the street at a certain time. Got an attitude with me via text.

Wonderful stay. The property was very nice. We saw manatees and a sea turtle right from the patio. The outdoor area is just phenominal for relaxation and truly enjoying the view of the water.

Very nice, well kept and most important clean. Host was very informative and communication was great. Great neighborhood, clean, quiet. We will for sure check to make sure this property is available when we come back to the keys!

Awesome outdoor area
This was a quiet little community that worked perfect for a 20 year anniversary trip! The bathrooms were a bit dated and could use some cleaning. But the main area/kitchen was awesome and worked well!! The outdoor area was definitely where we spent our time! Would stay again!

Great Location
The outside area was fantastic. Spent most of are time at the house outside. The only problem we had was 3 wash cloths for 4 adults. I tried to get contact information such as phone number In case we had any problems. None were given.

Good times
The place and location were good. We saw a manatee in the channel right by the house. The cabana beach club that we had access to was great. Nice beach and pool and good drinks there. Food looked good but we did not eat there. The unit itself had a few issues, the Hot tub was not operational even though it was supposed to be. The noseeums were bad so bring bug spray. The outside was a great feature but the furniture was very uncomfortable “old bad cushions” we did enjoy our stay and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.

When we arrived we realized the bed sheets weren’t washed and so after traveling all day we had to begin washing all of the bed sheets. The lights did not work outside and so we couldn’t even see to do the laundry which is outside under the carport. The toilets were also filthy. We were told that a squatter probably got in and they would change the code. We also had to buy plastic silverware after finding mice poop throughout the kitchen drawers. We were done cleaning and wanted to enjoy our vacation and decided plastic silverware would get the job done. The neighbors are very friendly and the view from the back patio very nice.

My wife and I stayed here. Everything as was advertised. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one big open room with a nice television and plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully equipped as we took advantage of that and the propane grill. It was nice to be able to cook for yourself and not eat out all the time. The master bedroom was comfortable. Bathrooms were just that. Bathrooms. Plenty of water pressure. Our favorite part of the house was back deck. You have access to the canal. We had manatees visit us on a couple of days. Sun shines on you all day if you enjoy sun bathing. There is a tiki hut out back to get in the shade when needed. There are fans to help cool you. We never got in the hot tub, but the water seemed to be clean. Cabana Beach Club is a short walk. Sunset Park is an even shorter walk. The locals visit there every night and sing a song about Marathon. Very cute. Evelyn, our host, was easy to reach when needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can come back again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom!
My husband, daughter, and I stayed at this two bedroom home. I like to cook on my vacations so this kitchen was a wonderful delight. It had a big living room and the back area was really nice. The tiki hut had lights all around the top so you could sit there at night and visit. We did this, eating our dinner on the last night we were there. Both bedrooms had lots of room and plenty of storage area if you were staying a long period of time. The bathrooms were small, but we had two of them for three people, so it worked out good. Another thing I really liked was the Cabana Club which I walked to each day. If you stay at a property on Key Colony that are members of the Cabana Club, you can go to the pool as much as you want. They have a food menu and alcohol drinks. The only issue we had was a light that was out on the carport and we couldn't see when we came in the first night. We also couldn't see very well when we washed towels at night, because the laundry was on the carport. I'm sure it got fixed after we left, because I informed Evelyn and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again, so thank you, Evelyn for letting us stay there for the three nights. We had a great time!

The keys paradise
The property rentals her friends wedding and wanted a place to stay they remind us of our oasis back. This was definitely the place. The accommodations were fantastic, the view was beautiful and the kitchen was more accommodating than any other rental we have ever used. Loved this place and if we find ourselves back in the area, it’s no doubt we’ll rent again.

Convenient to 2 State Parks.
This cute duplex on a canal served us well. Easy drive to Bahia Hondo and Curry Hammock State Park as well as Turtle hospital and Dolphin Research Center. Cabana Club a plus with nice pool/ hot tub and lounge chairs on tiny beach. Master Bath very cramped with poor lighting (1 light bulb) and couldn't get cold water in shower so steaming hot. Only used hall bath shower. Fun to see what is swimming in canal every morning and pelicans visited when neighbors cleaned fish. Ride the bikes to Sunset Park to sing the sun down.

Fantastic location. Great space in the back. Bathrooms are small and dated. Hot tub was sketchy. But overall great. Would definitely recommend. Evelyn, the property manager is great. Good communication. Replies within minutes of any concern. Cabana Club a definite plus.
