"The owner received us and he gave us orientation of villa this villa you have to purchase your potable water in 20 liter jugs and also purchase your shower and toilet water no well on site you have to contact a water supplier when you require water at an extra cost to you"

"The service at Renaissance was nothing short of exceptional. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They took every step to make our holiday extra special. The food on site was excellent. I am already making plans to go back to Thailand JUST to revisit Renaissance. The buildings and facilities are a little older- but that didn't bother me as everything was still neat and tidy. I understand there are plans to upgrade in the near future. Thank you to everyone at Renaissance!"
