"We enjoyed the pools, gym, and walkable distance to nearby markets and Khao San Rd. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. The area is a bit difficult to get transportation to, due to road closures and lack of public transportation. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. "

"Location was great and staff friendly and accommodating. Full breakfast is amazing with so many choices of food. Delux double room was more basic than delux but adequate for two nights. Biggest issues was noise from the air conditioner and inconsiderate people speaking loudly down the hall way at all hours of the night which woke us both nights. That is not really the hotel's fault but better soundproofing would help. We were in section E which is a bit dated. Section A seems to be the better...

"This hotel is very close to many bars and restaurants and therefore we loved it. But rooms are not soundproof as we were at the front and never managed to get to sleep till after 4.00 am each night. After three nights we were exhausted as we were up early doing things. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with really exceptional staff. Lovely spa onsite too. "
