Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large oceanfront patio. This unit features an open and inviting floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen and a large bathroom. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this condo is perfect for your next OBX getaway!

Brand new pool area just opened Fall 2023. Up to 2 pets (dogs only) are welcome as an addition to any reservation ($50 pet fee applies).

Even better than expected.
Great place that actually looked like the pictures. The unit had everything we needed. Too early in the season for the pool to be open. Beautiful beach right out the door. First floor unit was up a level from the ground so we could still see the water over the dunes. Too rough for swimming. Had to rent beach chairs. Lots of nearby conveniences. Great place.

Anniversary trip
Couldn’t have been a better place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Easy for us to get to the beach, walk our golden retriever, and just sit on the spacious balcony and look at the ocean. The unit is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely come back.

Outer Banks great in the off-season!
Clean, comfortable and updated. Covered parking and steps to the beach. Great time to go during the off-season. Very quiet and not a soul around for miles on the beach. At dawn, on the morning we left, I watched three fox walk right pass at the top of the dunes.

Great Outer Banks condo
My wife and I stopped on the way back from visiting relatives in Florida for a long weekend in early February (3 nights) to explore the Outer Banks. We had our 40 pound Bernadoodle with us so we needed a place that was dog friendly. This beachfront condo is in a great location in Kill Devil Hills. Very clean and comfortable with upscale appliances and a well appointed kitchen. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to returning for a longer visit.

Winter Break
Spent 4 days at Oceanfront Oasis as a treat to get away from the cold in the North. We have used VRBO for many reservations. Can say that the host, Aly, was exceptional with her communication. Responding within hours to welcome us, to questions, to providing instructions for both check-in and check-out. The condo itself was excellent. Very well appointed. Very comfortable. The unit lacked for nothing. The condo complex is very centrally located for exploring all the towns along the OBX. We will definitely keep this condo unit on our places to stay in the future. Thank you, Aly, for our excellent winter break.

The apartment was extremely well furnished with everything you could want (real oven, microwave and toaster oven; coffee maker, Keurig and a kettle for pour-over, etc). The furniture and everything else was new and well designed - nothing cheap. My only minor gripe was remembering the 8-digit door lock! I highly recommend the apartment and will be returning.

Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week stay. Great view of ocean and easy beach access. Very dog friendly. Had a large clean area to walk our dogs. Grass was cut short which was nice because we have dachshunds, lol. Our host agent Aly was wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot!
Everything was awesome, location, amenities, view, furnishings, etc. Loved the bed, the pillows, the towels, the coffee maker, did I mention the view :) The host was wonderful in communications and recommendations. Mitch met some new friends in the spacious and well equipped dog walk area. He also rated our early morning sunrise and mid-afternoon nap times as excellent!

Amazing property steps from the beach. We watched the sunrise from the deck every morning in nice big deck chairs! Super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. My wife and I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. The host Aly is extremely responsive and very helpful.

Fall Trip
We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained oceanfront condo. The property owner was excellent in her communication with us. The location was perfect to access the beach on the first floor with our golden retriever. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

You will not regret choosing this one!
With so many choices, it's difficult to know what you are getting until you get there. No surprises here and we just loved this place. Great location, convenient covered parking, condition, very clean and host was a pleasure to deal with. We will return. Our little Kings Charles Cavalier loved watching and listening to the ocean from the balcony.

Truly wonderful property
Myself, my husband and two dogs spent 6 nights at this condo. We were pleasantly surprised that the photos do not do it justice, it's quite lovely throughout. There was plenty of space for the ridiculous amount of things we brought, especially since everything you could need (or want) is already there. The proximity to the beach is outstanding, and made checking on the dogs, restocking beach beverages and using the bathroom easy. Correspondence with Aly was always quick, easy and she is very helpful. We originally booked 5 nights, but upon seeing all the condo and surrounding areas had to offer, we reached out to her and asked for an additional night ( which fortunately she was able to approve). I highly recommend this property and will definitely return.

Very nice condo for two in a convenient location. Only issue was neither pool was open, so that was disappointing. Thinking about coming back in the fall or winter and would definitely stay here again. Aly was super responsive to all questions.

Best kept rental ever!
It’s the perfect rental l, the manager Is kind and easy to communicate with. It’s well stocked with nice pots and pans, tableware etc. AC runs well it’s much larger than the pictures show. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Definitely recommend.

Very Comfortable Condo
Property was clean, quiet and had everything you might need for a stay. Aly, the host was easy to contact and very helpful. I enjoyed the balcony and easy beach access. And did I mention the comfortable king bed? The most amazing cool sheets I wished I could take home! Great rental. Hopefully the new pool will be finished soon too.

Great time despite the clouds!
Really enjoyed the beautiful location on the first floor just a few steps from the beach. Our dog doesn’t navigate stairs very well so the elevators were a real benefit. We could also take her to the beach without going up/down any stairs. The condo was perfect for the two of us plus Belle the dog!
