nice place to stay
Enjoyed the rental, proximity to Killington, and access to the pool and hot tub a few buildings away. Plenty of space and we had everything we needed in this rental. Ski weather wasn't the best but it was a great trip.

All is great except electronics
The TV in the living room was having so many issues it disrupted the downtime with my friends and I. The TV must have reset 200 times. We tried to access the apps connected to the smart tv and it would just glitch out and shut off. Eventually, the problem with the lasers, or whatever was struggling carried over into the regular TV (not just the apps, such as YouTube or Netflix) We really like the condo. Everything is great except for this.( which, unfortunately had had a lot of our time attention, trying to fix instead of enjoying a show or movie peacefully)

Was looking for a place near killington to support my son who was in training camp. My challenge has always been reliable internet since I work remote. This place had all items advertised and was easy to use.

Great place to stay!
This was a fantastic pave to stay! There's plenty of room for everyone to have space and be completely comfortable! It was very nicely decorated with a cabin/ woodsy feel to it! There were even games and thngs for kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with things you need We enjoyed staying here! It was very quiet and peaceful!! Unfortunately, there is a very long 10 digit code to unlock the door. It needs to be only 4-5 digits for easy memory. Take your phone with you in case the wind blows the door shut, so you can look it up!!

Good place to stay near Killington
The new blue carpet, blue sofa, and loveseat from what was pictured were nice. Wonderful fires at night. The Woods area is so close to Killington and restaurants plus the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room are a plus! Bathrooms dated, kitchen tight. The washer had mold and a foul smell. Tried cleaning it and ran two loads until I realized the dryer was broken. Vacasa would not respond to four attempts to call, chat, and email. After my fifth attempt, I was told the owners would buy a new dryer so I was stuck with wet and dirty laundry and had no time to waste another night to find a laundry mat in Rutland. Think they knew and should have warned us not to plan for laundry. Overall the complex was great.

Place was adequate
This unit was not great. One wine glass, no trash bags, no serving bowl, no salad bowl, dishwasher was terrible, no tissues. Bath mats were dirty. 10 am checkout with no extension from Vacasa. Pretty disappointed with this stay.

Love the layout. Two king size beds on the main floor made it easy for grandparents that have difficulty with stairs. Also, made it easy for babysitting the 15 month old toddler while others skied. Access to the Spa is a bonus, swimming pool, hot tub and saunas for apres ski.

Enjoyed our time! A few improvements can be made!
It was a great stay, I wish I knew there was firewood there already because I brought my own, also it was difficult to communicate with the property manager and there were a lot of cob webs and bugs around the house, another suggestion would be to replace the shower plastic curtain as it’s getting dirty, and if there were bigger towels that would have been nice. Other than that, the fire place and the house was in great shape and we had a great time! The furniture was really nice along with the beds, they were soooo comfortable. I also really liked all the blankets they had and the pillows. I don’t think I ever slept in a more comfortable bed away from home! Wish I could stay longer. A

Nice for the price.
We had a nice stay and this location was close to everything we needed. The place itself is a little outdated and rustic but still very relaxing and has everything hangout place needed. The kitchen is well equipped for someone who wants to just stay in their pj a sluff it out. Definitely needs a new cleaning lady or one that wears their glasses since there was dried on egg yolk on the stovetop and counter…eeeeww! But over all would likely stay again.

Great location, excellent value, could use an update.
The apartment is nicely laid out and is spacious except for the kitchen which is very small. Everything was clean but a bit shabby. The carpet in the main room is very stained and looks awful. The bathrooms are dated and need to be refurbed. We were sightseeing and leaf viewing and the location was great.

Dirty,Dirty,Dirty
We should up Friday around 7:30, we walked into the house, all we can smell was garage and vomit. We found vomit at the both front and rear doors. The garage can was filled to the top and stunk the whole house out, plus the outside trash cabinet was filled with trash which we couldn’t fit anymore trash in and was told to call the condo ourselves to have them come get the trash instead of the property maneger doing his job. Empty bottles everywhere around the house. The beds looked like that where just made with zero care. The back door area was covered with ash, as if someone was smoking by the door while they where vomiting out the door. The kitchen faucet would leak every time you use it. We had to wrap a towel around it and clean the area the entire stay. The house also not updated as they proclaim. The main bathroom was something out the 80s. The simple updates where done, nothing you should promote about like they have. If it wasn’t for the location, I would have given this place one star. Save your money and found other units in the area. This place is not handled as home but more of a cash grab from the owners. Maybe if they didn’t have a outside third party property maneging firm taking care of the place, most of these issues wouldnt be a problem. Highly disappointed and am fighting to get a refund if possiable for the cleaning fee at min, because the first thing we had to do is clean the place and have one of the property manegers come and help clean while we had guest coming over for dinner.

Our Christmas holiday getaway
Great location on Mountain Road and quiet! Property was in good condition but I agree with others that some of the appliances and bathrooms need updating. The double-door to the master bath is awkward and annoying. We really enjoyed our stay however and the skiing was awesome!

Cozy, close to the lifts
The house was the perfect size for 5 people. It's not the biggest house but it was clean and comfortable. It was less than a 10 minute drive to Killington lifts. The house had everything we needed to cook and we loved that this particular house was a stand alone (the other units were right next to each other). I would highly recommend staying here!

Convenient but overpriced
Location is great but the price for what you get is a little steep. "Recently updated" seems like a stretch as there are some serious quality problems (stained carpets, the massive shower tub did not drain and we were standing in ankle deep cold water every time we showered, the toilet either did not flush or flushed for an hour, one of the rooms had every light bulb burnt out). I got an email from the property manager who said I could call at any time (he never answered his phone). Pros: heated floor in the kitchen, nice real fireplace, location, Spa was super close. Cons: quality, plumbing, service. I likely would not stay here again.

Excellent location
The condo is great and the location is excellent. Everything is closeby grocery, ski slopes, golf course, etc. The community has superb pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center and tennis court. They are very close to condo. Vacasa management could be reached very quickly. I would highly recommend it. Improvement: An outdoor grill is missing and would have helped.
