"Rooms are shockingly small. I am a fairly easy going traveller so I just laughed it off but if you are the kind of traveller that needs lots of space, this is not the place for you. Hotel was sparkling clean and everything felt very newly renovated, and location cannot be beat. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel's location is perfect for proximity to parking and for exploring the city on foot. The property has been significantly renovated and we were given a room upgrade at check-in by Rosallele to one with a view over the garden and adjacent river. In all we had a wonderful experience and will be returning."

"We upgraded our room, so it was fantastic. The courtesy car driver was absolutely great! I think the hotel could work on its housekeeping…you don’t get refills of anything, creamers for coffee, salts for the bath, or even toilet paper. I would stay there again, but breakfasts need to improve."

"Our family loved our stay! Bit of a drive from town but we had a car so it was fine. Excellent grocery store across the street. Pool was warm and spacious - HUGE hit with our kids! Breakfast was delicious but didn’t think it’d be worth the cost if it hadn’t been included with our particular room. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff wonderful. Would happily return. "

"It is not close to Galway City center. It takes 30 minutes to walk. There is the city bus you can ride for 1.90 Euro per person one way but only leaves hourly. Last bus on Saturday night was 11:15 pm. Taxi ride is 20.00 Euro. "
