"This place is simply WONDERFUL! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. The minibar is great for making a drink. Lots of space for sitting and hanging out. The amazing deck can’t be more perfect. Either for taking your morning coffee or sipping a wine at sunset - the deck is going to be the thing that brings us back again! "

"Our seven day stay at your facility was bitter sweet. Although the time with my family was priceless and the property and it’s outside features ( Mountain View’s) were memorable, there were a few issues in and out of the home that could not be ignored. Here are a few of the highlighted issues. 1. There was a water pressure issue that caused us to be without water. This was reported three days prior to the end of our stay and did not get resolved. This issue was extensive in which it affected toilet flushing, showering, sink usage and any consideration of laundry in the washing machine. 2. Hot water shortage 3. Trash in the garage on arrival. 4. Trash in bear box on arrival 5. Mice droppings in utensils drawers 6. Washing machine would not complete cycle leaving clothes soaked in bottom of washer. 7. Insufficient amount of washcloths for a larger family. 8. Sliding screen door leading onto back deck is broken and could not be used. 9. Dirty carpet with stains and an awkward smell. These issues took away the focus from the beauty of the property and made it frustrating at times due to the inconvenience that it caused. Regards, "

"This home made for the perfect weekend retreat for myself and five friends. If we brought our children they would have loved the large finished basement. The collection of games in the basement even included two of my favorites, Tripoli and Rumikub. Everything about the house was enviable and we found ourselves saying things like “I want this house” or “I want to be friends with Marie.” Seriously, they have everything and it’s so organized. The lights, the hooks in every room, the seating areas, the fire pit, grill with gas hook up, the outdoor shower, AC!, towels, high quality pans, phone chargers, fans, comfortable beds and even “the binder”. After a day boating on the lake, we sat around the fire, appreciating the campfire wood that is provided, the string lights and lack of mosquitoes! Marie was so flexible with check in, check out and the many messages I sent her before, during and after our stay."

"We rented this property for a girls weekend and have nothing but good things to say! The property was exactly as listed & was clean & with amazing amenities. We especially loved the gas fireplace & the hot tub! This space is perfect for a large group as there are great spots for gathering. We are already planning our next visit! "We stayed 3 nights at this cute, newly redone house in Conway. The bedrooms were comfortable and held our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 dog perfectly. Cooking in the kitchen was easy and the cooks could still socialize due to the open floor plan. It was easy to drive into North Conway for skiing and grocery shopping. We brought many of our own spices and a crock pot, but there were enough pots/pans, utensils to do what we needed. It was easy to take our dog for a walk in the neighborhood, too."

"My 2 teens, dog and I needed a change of scenery and some rest and relaxation after a busy November, and this property gave us that and more. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The set up was ideal for a family with a dog. The area was quiet, but not too far off the beaten path. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Will definitely be booking again."
