The Space:
Crystal Bay and Moon Dunes Beach are both less than 1.5 miles away. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will love being only 7.5 miles away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8.5 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all just minutes away into town. This Kings Beach vacation home features a cozy interior, lakefront view, and HOA access to the lakefront swimming pool and tennis courts.

Entering inside the home, an open floor plan welcomes you inside. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). WIFI is also provided for your convenience.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. Smaller kitchen appliances provided include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and wineware. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home cooked meal with your loved ones. Alternatively dine alfresco on the lakefront balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling up a juicy steak, and a patio table set for 4. Sip on a glass of your favorite vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the lake.

Note: Kayaks and paddleboards on-site are not accessible for guest use. However, there is a boat rental shop just down the road for rental needs!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Right on the lake
The property is in a great location. You can walk right from the back deck to the water. Great views. Comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Has a great community pool that over looks the lake. Great place to go with family or friends.

Needs an Update
While the view and location can't be beat the house itself left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. The walls were dingy, bedrooms sparce with little storage and only 1 towel per person. The dining room table only has 6 chairs and cars parking in the parking lot at night shine their headlights directly in the bedrooms.

We love Brockway
Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

Lake Tahoe in all its glory
We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Winter Paradise
The condo was very spacious with enough comfortable seating, sleeping, bathing and eating for everyone. The view of the lake and access to the town exceeded my expectations too. A definite comeback to visit kind of place.. thanks for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise.

Very relaxing and cozy. The sound of the water is so soothing and refreshing. 1 of the best places we have stayed so far and we’ve been all over. Felt like home was hard to leave look forward to coming back. Was hard to find at night a map could be helpful and the water pressure cutting off and on is tricky but that’s about it.

Intro to Tahoe
Absolutely LOVED the unit! This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and with this property being right on the water, it did NOT disappoint! Views were spectacular! Plenty of room for our group of 7. The only issue that we found is when we first arrived, we couldn’t find the building very easily. I don’t think that I ever saw numbers on the building. If they are there, they were not very visible when one is arriving at dusk. That was a minor bump, but definitely not a deal breaker for returning.

Beautiful view. Lovely home. Maintenance needed: dishwasher wont lock & cant be run, faucet broken in kitchen, steamer spout missing in nespresso machine, ice maker doesn't work, all shampoo/soap dispensers empty in showers, 1 ceiling fan inoperable, need more towels for 6 people.

Great location
Three brothers stayed here for a ski trip. Beautiful location right on the lake. Getting the correct entry code was a bit of a challenge, but management company was helpful. The only issue was with the water auto-cutoff due to a toilet that ran a little. All water to the unit was disabled for about 30 hours, which was very problematic. Management company did come to repair, eventually.

Stunning lake views… Great location; close hikes, dining options, water sports. Only one bath towel per guest proved. Dining room chairs broken (2) stuffed in closet. Carpet in living room needs Shampoo or replacing. Condo did Not have wine glasses and BBQ not working (it is electric). Response next day with glasses and repair.

Location, Location, Location
We spent 5 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday and overall enjoyed the stay. The location is what sold us. The views from the back deck are spectacular. The unit itself was comfortable but has some deferred maintenance that absolutely needs to be addressed. Part of the draw to this location was that it advertised a gas fireplace. It did not work the entire time we were there. They did send out a maintenance tech but he indicated that they have been having issues with the fireplace for sometime which make me wonder why they have taken care of the issue. It was a HUGE NEGATIVE as it was an absolute must for us due to the time of year. We were extremely disappointed. The plumbing from the upstairs master bathroom had a fairly good leak which dripped into the leaving room area. Once again we called maintenance and they come out but said they could not do anything do to it being a 'Holiday Week'. Kitchen faucet was not only loose but swiveled to such an extent that you have to hold it down with both hand to turn the water from hot to cold. The RFID key that needed to be used to access the pool was not working. We asked if they could reprogram but were told by maintenance that they would request. He also said the pool was closed but that was not the case. We walked by several days only to find out it was not only open but recently remodeled. If it had not been for the fireplace not working I could have easily overlooked the other misc setbacks...

Stunning Lake Views & Gorgeous, Warm Home
This is an amazing property to be sure. It is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay. The master shower and water pressure were awesome. The master bed was very comfortable. The lake views are really amazing. You are only steps away! The fireplace was so warm and wonderful. There was only one downside to our stay. The dishwasher broke down on the third day of our 8-day stay. I called the property management contact. A repairperson was sent the next day. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it so we hand washed our dishes for the remainder of our stay. We cooked in on most nights.

Live, Love, Lake Tahoe
Nice place to stay right on the lake while you're in Tahoe. It is an older property with updated amenities. If you're going there to spend time on the lake and in the outdoors it really is the place to be. Just remember that you're 6000 feet up so if you plan to do some work while you're there the internet service does not work in the evenings which can be a problem with your teens when they have to disconnect from social media for a few days. I loved the fact that it gave me the opportunity to disconnect from the world for a few days. If you're planning to go, leave your work at home! Which is what a vacation should be.

Fabulous and Peaceful Condo
My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous Condo during both the pandemic and "unhealthy to hazardous" air quality due to fires all over the west coast. Although, the Condo was fabulous and quite peaceful. We still enjoyed the views even though we couldn't see much past the boats buoyed out front. Our two son's weren't able to join us so we had this spacious home to ourselves. We did paddleboard right out front every day even though we had to limit outside time. I enjoyed reading on the couch and we had great meals out at several restaurants. We love this location and will definitely be going back when the skies are clear again. We will be recommending this Condo to family and friends for sure!!

Memorial Day week getaway
The unit was in a very nice location- close to shops and King’s Beach. It had a great view of the lake. The property could be kept up a little better. One bedroom upstairs didn’t have any window coverings and people from the parking area could look right in. The parking lot lights could not be blocked out at night. The second upstairs bedroom had a window covering that didn’t work and was in the down position our entire stay. We could not open the closet doors in this room because the second twin bed was too close to the closet door. Multiple light bulbs were out (about 10) so it was a little on the dark side at night. The BBQ grill did not get hot enough to cook any meat. Most of the dining room chairs were so old and worn that we sank into the cushions. I expected a little more for the price we paid.

Overpriced for conditions
Rental unit location was great but had several issues including a electric grill that didn’t work, dining room chairs had no padding in the cushions and were awkward to sit on. Guest bedroom with Queen bed had no curtain on sliding glass door. Not only to block the sun, but you could see right into the bedroom from the front of the unit and had zero privacy. The ottoman in the living room was missing a leg. There were also no detailed instructions or a map provided to where exactly the unit was located. Further, for the price of the unit I would have expected cable tv. Not only was there no cable tv, we couldn’t gain access to Download our own tv apps because the owners have it password protected. Just overall disappointing for the price!

Wonderful Venue but a few glitches
Beautiful location and venue. 1) Gate codes should include the "#" and the "checkmark" in the number and not several paragraphs below. 2) only minimum viable towels supplied. Should have included bath mats for showers. 3) The automatic fireplace never worked correctly and would only stay on for 5 minutes. Had to research on YouTube to turn it on, but still didn't work correctly.

Beautiful view of the lake
This is a great property with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to relax and enjoy our few days of a fall vacation here. Great space and layout of the home. Grand Welcome, who manages the rental, were easy to reach and responsive when I had a question and were great to work with. We plan to come back.
