"The hotel was perfectly located for us being so close to Victoria station as we had an early morning flight from Gatwick (reached via train from Victoria). For the price we paid we were impressed with the quality. The only thing that brought down the rating was that we had a couple wheels on our case that were damaged in our flight and although we appreciated the assistance taking the heavy bag up 3 flights of stairs, they did make me wheel worse in the process and also when we reached the room...

"The reception was excellent. We arrived with a rollator due to limited mobility and changed our Room to be close to the lift, which was so thoughtful. They were also helpful in ordering us a taxi to take us to the airport. The restaurant food was reasonably varied."
