"Our room & public areas were always clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in/check out process was fast and easy. Hotel was very close to many shops, eateries, and most importantly multiple train stations which made it convenient for us to get to and from our hotel. They offer plenty of amenities before you go to your room. They offer same day luggage delivery service to the airport (which was a major plus for my family and I) so we weren’t lugging around 10 pcs of luggage around...

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

"Excellent hotel with high quality facilities and even has a 7/11 (Lawson) in the 4th floor open 24/7! Highly recommend staying here— it’s 5 minute walk to Metro and 7 minute walk to Osaka station — super close to lots of food. Dotonbori area is about 10 mins by car but walkable too if youre looking to stroll through back streets. "
