Family Vacay
This is a decent rental within close proximity to Universal & Disney. The house was very clean and fairly modern with great central A/C and spacious living areas. There’s also a community pool to cool-off after a hot day. Overall my Family & I enjoyed our stay at this rental and would recommend it.

Horrible experience
My son got bit and ate up by bedbugs we had to sleep in the car for over 6 hours because of the bedbug incident we was on vacation after driving over 10 hours to come to the property and it has bedbugs my wife and kids were devastated as well as me I think we should have been compensated with a free 3 day rental at a different property for all the trouble me and family experienced dealing with the bedbugs at your property

It was ok.
The townhouse was clean and welcoming. We just had an issue with the A/C. They were fast to respond when notified of it. But when we came back to the home at night the A/C was not fixed and we had to sleep our last night in the heat. And was only followed up with the issue the morning of check out. The customer service could improve. And it’s a shame because the location has great potential. I’ll give it a 5 out of 10.

Enjoyed our stay
Clean, comfortable and good location. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the screened in patio and large clubhouse pool. The property manager was very efficient on the times we had questions or needed something. Very prompt response, One thing that could have made our stay better was if the master bedroom had a larger bed (It seemed smaller than a queen) as I am pretty big guy (6' 3" - 235 lbs.). Other than that it was very good for our 1 month stay.
