If you are wanting to be near the heart of the action, then look no further than this wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located within the Cumbrian Lakes gated community. A 15-minute car ride is all it takes to reach the Disney parks, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios needing slightly longer, at around 25 minutes. A few miles to the north is US192 with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to appeal to most tastes and budgets.

The surrounding area also offers an array of local activities, such as Medieval Times, mini golf, go-karts, and escape rooms, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Back at your home there is plenty of space to unwind in the lounge or soak up the sun on the pool deck. This property features a spacious sparkling heated pool and spa! Here you can also enjoy an alfresco meal at the outside dining area complete with a table and seating making you feel right at home.

As you enter the villa you will find elegant tile floors throughout with luxury vinyl planks in the bedrooms. No carpets! The spacious private master suite overlooks the pool and comes with a comfortable king size bed, room darkening shades and a smart TV. The Master en-suite follows with a large walk-in tiled shower, heart shaped soaker tub and walk-in closet. The home also has 3 additional bedrooms (2 Queen Beds and 1 Bunks) all with their own TVs. There are 2 additional full sized family bathrooms with a tub and shower.

There is a spacious fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all utensils. After a day exploring the parks, you and your family can relax and unwind on the comfy leather sectional watching movies or streaming on the large screen TV in the main living room. Free high speed (300 mbps) internet is provided with 5G WiFi throughout the home extending into the pool area. This is also great for work and zoom .

Wonderful stay
We have stayed in a number of rental properties over the years and this was one of our favorites. The house had plenty of space for our group of 5. Having 3 bathrooms each with showers was great. Heated pool was very nice on some cooler evenings. Communication with the owner was very quick and they were very accommodating when we had any questions. Very highly recommended!

Lovely House in Great Location
Stayed at this property with wife and daughter whilst in the Kissimmee area and found it to be exactly what we wanted. It was extremely clean and spacious and could comfortably sleep 8 people. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended

Wonderful place for a relaxing stay
This property was exactly as described. Very clean and cared for. The beds were all comfortable. The afternoon sun hits the pool and spa, and was there for us until sunset. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was coffee and supplies to get us through the first couple days. We were there for a golf trip and enjoyed coming back to the house to use the pool and spa. The yard is private and well laid out, with plenty of seating. We couldn’t have asked for more, and would love to return.

The property was clean when we arrived with small essentials provided such as toilet tissue, garbage bags and washing tablets for washing machine and dishwasher. These were sufficient for 5 days. Area is quiet and overlooks a large green lawn well manicured with two small children’s goal posts.

Great family vacation at Cumbrian Breezes Villa.
I rented this property for 12 days for a family vacation with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The home was very well equipped and clean & tidy. The heated pool was a big hit and our grandchildren were in it every day. The rental barbeque was well worth the extra cost. The close proximity to a children's playground was a bonus the grandkids really enjoyed. The owner was very easy to deal with and even helped me to understand all the tv streaming options. I would recommend this property and would definitely consider renting it again next year.

We loved the villa. The pool and hot tub were delightful! We ran into a couple of problems but they were addressed immediately. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning! (Note to future guests - there is a linen closet in the front bathroom with lots of bath and beach towels. It took us six days to realize the closet was there!)

We had a ball!! The Villa was pristine. Pool and spa was clean. Had sufficient appliances in the kitchen for use. Bathrooms were clean. A few things needed adjustment by management. There was a small beverage glass that was cracked. There were only 3 bathrooms along with a showerhead🚿 located by the pool area instead of 4 bathrooms as listed. The community is very safe, Eric was very attentive and responsive to our requests. I would definitely stay again. 💯

Lovely Villa in a quiet gated community
We had a great holiday in Orlando and Cumbria Breezes Villa completed our stay. With peaceful surroundings within a gated community, it was the perfect place to come back to and cool off in the pool after tiring, hot days in the theme parks.
