"A short walk away via walkway from Osaka & Umeda stations, it’s in the same building as two department stores and surrounded by more. There are a lot of places to eat as well. I’d definitely stay again when I go back to Osaka."

"Excelente ubicacion, la entrada del metro esta a un lado, Dotonburi esta a 20 min caminando. 5. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street esta a 5 min caminando, el desayuno muy bueno y la habitacion es pequeña pero con todo lo que se necesita y comoda. "

"We stayed in 3 hotels during this trip, this is the best of all. We booked the big room with tatami. Provided a range of tea and drip coffee. Has washing machine in the room and a range of toiletries to pick from level 2 too. Hotel staff able to speak Chinese too so communication wise lesser issue "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The room has very good size for two people. My room has excellent city view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful! My sister lost her necklace while showering. The staff tried their best to help her to look for it. Although it was not found but we really appreciate their efforts! The location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. We love the stay."
