"It was a nice hotel. Very busy due to lots of conferences and there were really long queues at reception. Room was nice, great shower, bed comfy and all very clean. There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. "Good level of facilities and service quite a lot of noise was given at extra cost a better room but this fronted onto building work that caused noise from about seven am so wasn’t really an acceptable upgrade which meant to keep noise manageable had to fully shut windows at night not my preferred option"

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
