Bed and Breakfast in Klagenfurt am Woerthersee

"From the moment we entered the hotel and smelt the alpine essential oils, we knew we had made the right choice. We arrived before our check-in time and the lovely people at reception (extremely informative and attentive) went out of their way to allow us to check in early so we could see the incredible sights of Bled as soon as possible. When we checked in, we received a €10 voucher each towards any treatment worth €80 or more. Our lake view room was very well equipped (only missing an iron) and was exceptionally clean. The bed and furniture were all extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and a good size and there was ample space in the wardrobes. Our balcony had fantastic, unobstructed views of Lake Bled and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was delicious. A range of local products to try with the usual breakfast items. The spa and pool areas were of an excellent standard. There were plenty of pools and jacuzzis to choose from, allowing for a peaceful swim. Everything in the pool and spa area was spotless. The treatment area was spacious and serene, with refreshments on offer before and after one of the best massages we've ever had. Overall, we can't recommend this hotel enough. Every single staff member was polite, accommodating and just wonderful. The attention to detail in the hotel was second to none, our entire experience was smooth, relaxing and enjoyable. We simply cannot wait to return to the Rikli Balance Hotel. "

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset.
